1. Who We Are

Perris Mold Pros ("we," "us," "our") is a mold inspection, testing, removal, and remediation company serving Perris, Moreno Valley, Menifee, Hemet, and San Jacinto, California. 2. Our Services

We provide residential and commercial mold inspection, mold testing coordination, mold remediation performed to the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation, and post-remediation verification. California does not issue a state license specifically for mold remediation; our work follows nationally recognized industry standards (IICRC, NORMI, ACAC).

3. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote we provide is based on the conditions visible and disclosed at the time of inspection. Hidden mold, concealed water damage, or structural issues discovered during work may change the scope and price — we will explain the change and get your approval before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about known leaks, past flooding, and previous mold or remediation work at the property.
Give our technicians reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled times, including attics, crawl spaces, and utility areas.
Keep children and pets away from active work areas while containment is in place.
Address the underlying moisture source we identify — remediation cannot guarantee mold won't return if the leak or humidity problem persists.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by calling (951) 484-2620. For emergency calls, dispatch and after-hours fees (if any) will be disclosed before we roll a truck.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as stated in your written service agreement or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Balances not paid per the agreed terms may be subject to collection action to the extent permitted by law.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant our remediation workmanship as described in your written service agreement. Because mold regrowth depends on moisture conditions outside our control, no warranty covers regrowth caused by new or unresolved water intrusion, plumbing failures, or humidity problems after our work is complete. Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided without additional warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

Content on this website — including text, images, and diagrams — is our property or used with permission and is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content to compete with us without written permission.
